The Academy

The curriculum, in full, before you enrol.

Six tracks. Ten modules. Each module has one activity done live with the specialist team, and one assignment done alone against your own operation. The Systems Library is the textbook.

Tracks

Six faculties.

Every student is placed into one major and two minors, chosen from the bottlenecks their category is known for.

Marketing Operations

Build the campaign machine: system of record, approval lanes, publishing automation and live reporting.

  • — Audit an operation and rank workflows by hours lost times risk
  • — Design an approval lane a founder will actually use
  • — Stand up live reporting that replaces the monthly spreadsheet

Volumes 1 · 9 · 10

AI Systems

Agents as constrained loops: tools, retrieval, memory layers and escalation you can defend.

  • — Scope agents by capability rather than instruction
  • — Implement three-layer memory with grounded retrieval
  • — Define escalation triggers and measure approval rate

Volumes 6 · 2 · 8

Platform Engineering

The build stack: schema and RLS, React architecture, deployment and edge delivery.

  • — Model data with row-level security from the first migration
  • — Keep state in the right place — server, URL, or local
  • — Ship with rollback, monitoring and a recovery plan

Volumes 2 · 4 · 3 · 5

Integrations & Reliability

Connect platforms without surprises: OAuth, signed webhooks, idempotency and reconciliation.

  • — Verify and de-duplicate every inbound event
  • — Build the replay tool before you need it
  • — Reconcile provider truth against your own records daily

Volumes 7 · 8

Brand & Content Engine

Voice, visual direction and a content pipeline that ships without a bottleneck at the founder.

  • — Codify brand voice into a prompt the machine can hold
  • — Run brief → draft → approval in one lane
  • — Repurpose one shoot into a month of channel-native content

Volumes 1 · 9

Commerce & Retention

Merchandising, lifecycle and the economics of repeat purchase across DTC and wholesale.

  • — Instrument AOV, repeat rate and cohort LTV in one view
  • — Automate replenishment, win-back and post-purchase journeys
  • — Read sell-through weekly instead of monthly

Volumes 10 · 1 · 7

Modules

Ten modules, ten assignments.

Module 1

Foundations

90 min

Activity

Map your current campaign path on one page: who briefs, who makes, who approves, who publishes.

Assignment

Time three real workflows for a week and rank them by hours lost × risk if they break.

Deliverable

Workflow audit (one table, three rows, hours and risk scored)

Module 2

Supabase Mastery

120 min

Activity

Model one department's data on paper — tables, owners, and the row-level rule that keeps it private.

Assignment

Write the migration for that model, including grants and one policy per audience.

Deliverable

Schema sketch + policy list

Module 3

Replit Deployment

90 min

Activity

Take one screen you use daily and label every piece of state as server, URL, or local.

Assignment

Rebuild that screen so nothing lives in the wrong place; note what got simpler.

Deliverable

Before/after state map

Module 4

React & Vite Systems Engineering

75 min

Activity

Trace one request end to end and mark every point it could fail.

Assignment

Add a fallback and an error surface at the two most likely failure points.

Deliverable

Failure trace with two fixes shipped

Module 5

Netlify Production Hosting

105 min

Activity

Write the launch runbook for your next release in the room, out loud, step by step.

Assignment

Run one rehearsal of the rollback path and time it.

Deliverable

Launch runbook + rollback timing

Module 6

AI Executive Architecture

120 min

Activity

Scope one specialist agent by capability: the tools it holds, the decisions it may not make.

Assignment

Run that agent on five real tasks and record where it escalated and where it should have.

Deliverable

Agent scope card + five-task log

Module 7

Integration Systems Library

90 min

Activity

Pick one integration and list every inbound event it can send you.

Assignment

Make one handler idempotent and prove it by replaying the same event three times.

Deliverable

Replay test notes

Module 8

Troubleshooting Encyclopedia

75 min

Activity

Index one month of decisions into three memory layers: facts, preferences, history.

Assignment

Ask the executive a question only your memory layer could answer; record the answer.

Deliverable

Memory index + one grounded answer

Module 9

SOP & Operations Library

150 min

Activity

Take one shoot or one idea and split it into a week of channel-native pieces on the wall.

Assignment

Ship that week through brief → draft → approval without a single ad-hoc message.

Deliverable

Seven published pieces + approval trail

Module 10

Case Studies & Implementation Guides

120 min

Activity

Build the one-screen weekly view: revenue, repeat rate, sell-through, hours recovered.

Assignment

Run it live for a week and write the two decisions it changed.

Deliverable

Live weekly report + decision note

Example assignment

The workflow audit

Module I — Positioning & Operations · Before session two · 90 minutes

Pick three workflows your company runs every week — the ones that always seem to need you. For each, record who briefs it, who makes it, who approves it and who publishes it. Time each stage for one week using real dates, not estimates.

What to do

  1. 1.List the three workflows by name, exactly as your team refers to them.
  2. 2.For each workflow, write the four roles: brief, make, approve, publish. If one person holds two roles, say so.
  3. 3.Time each stage across one real week. Record hours, not impressions.
  4. 4.Score risk 1–5: what happens to revenue or reputation if this workflow stalls for a week?
  5. 5.Multiply hours lost × risk. Rank the three. Write two sentences on why the top one is top.

What you hand in

One table with three rows and the columns: workflow, roles, hours, risk, score, note.

Workflow audit — uploaded to your Vault under Operations

How it's marked

  • — Real timings, taken from a real week — not recalled from memory.
  • — Every stage has a named owner.
  • — The ranking is defensible in one sentence to somebody outside your team.
